I’m a University Lecturer at Cardiff University, where I teach various courses at undergraduate and post-graduate level. As part of my university role, I have conducted much research into ACT and RFT over the years and have written some books on this topic too. Finally, I have a Youtube channel, I am a co-director of Connect, which is a wellbeing curriculum for primary aged children, and I deliver ACT trainings through Connect Ed.
