Ok, here goes, I feel like I’m writing an online dating profile! I work as a clinical psychologist in private practice specialising in ACT with adolescents, individuals and couples, offering both in-person and online sessions in Warwickshire. The majority of my practice is offering clinical supervision nationally and internationally, in health and education settings. I am the co-author of the ebook SEED: An ACT Supervision Model, and genuinely hope to model the model in my work as a therapist, supervisor and trainer (you can find it for free/ACBS donation at https://actsupervision.info). My mind is my biggest critic, she points to my values though, and I’m learning to live with her. I have ACT books on my bookshelf that I’ve not read, as I also like to spend time with my husband, daughter and mum. Having recently experienced loss I find comfort in being in nature; walking the dog and growing flowers and veg in the garden. ACBS is my professional tribe and I look forward to connecting more with the community here!
