2024 / 09 / 25 ACT4£10 – Supervision
Supervisors and authors Jim Lucas and Sally Bradley introduce the SEED Model. Building on the literature, the model guides you through a straightforward approach to delivering ACT consistent Supervision.
Whether you doubt your readiness to supervise or are an experienced supervisor and want to reflect on your practice, this workshop will help you deliver consistent, contextual behavioural supervision.
Based on their knowledge, experience and skills in supporting ACT Therapists, they hope this workshop will further your understanding and application of ACT Supervision.
You can expect an interactive experience where they share some basic principles, demonstrate interventions and invite you to complete large and small group exercises.
After participating, you will have an awareness of how to:·
Create a safe learning environment for you and your supervisees.·
Explore Functional Analyses to make your interventions more precise.·
Experiment with experiential methods to support skill development.·
Incorporate Deliberate Practice routines into your supervisory relationships.
